What does “Intentional” mean to LGP Equity?

We are intentional in our core focus and taking the steps to achieve it as well as prioritizing the rocks to achieve it.

We believe success doesn’t just happen, one has to be intentional in their goals and vision to get there.

We believe that is crucial to be clear on expectations. People can’t read our mind so asking for and giving clear expectations will lead to less frustration and better results.

What does “Mindful” mean to LGP Equity?

We strive to be mindful in all our interactions. We take a moment to understand whether that other side in every interaction is coming from.

We don’t just react and that we think of how our best self would respond whether that is with analysis, confrontation or failure.

We aim to be be positive and practice blameless problem solving when an issue arises.

What does “Consistent” mean to LGP Equity?

We are consistent with the vision and goals and always looking to ask if the decision is a step towards our core focus/vision or away.

We are consistent in all our processes to allow for efficiency and delegation.

We treat employees, customers, competition and vendors consistently and fair. We do what we say we are going to do.

When something does not meet our expectations we first ask if we set clear expectations and clearly communicated them before demonstrating our frustration.
